1.Cancellation Policy

We understand that each dress is important for each customer, but please note that our dresses are all made to order, once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below Please see details below:

- Order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is paid: full refund
- Order cancellation from 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: 80% product refund+full shipping fee
- Order cancellation from 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: 70% product refund+full shipping fee
-Order cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid:none refund+full shipping fee
- Once the item has been shipped out, the order can't be canceled.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at service@tirdress.com. And we will get back to you with the amount to refund according to the above cancellation policy.

2.Return Policy

2.1. Return Policies In Brief:

1). Item can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2). Original shipping is non-refundable.
3). All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached.
4).Customized item is not supported to return.If you choose the custom size order,please check our measurement guide carefully,so that you can measure it right.

2.2. General Return Policies

  • 2.2.1. You will receive full refund if the issue is caused by us (e.g. miss-shipped, defective, wrong items, etc.).
  • 2.2.2.For issues (e.g fit issue, dislike, buy 2 and try both but only keep one, event canceled, etc.) which are not caused by us, buyer should bear forth and return shipping cost. Some restocking fee will be also charged (normally 50% based on the actual issue).
  • 2.2.3. Due to different body shapes, if we make the correct size, but it is not fit. Full refund is not supported. But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no more than 20% of the product purchased price).
  • 2.2.4. Please note if you choose colors across different fabrics, the colors may vary a lot. It doesn't mean that we make a wrong color. e.g. Burnt orange of chiffon is quiet different to burnt orange of silk satin.
  • 2.2.5.All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection 3 times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.

2.3.Return Process

1) Please email to service@tirdress.com within 7 days after you received the item, please enclose an explanation about the dress problems with photographs for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service Department.

2)  Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Please send the item(s) through your local post office and send us the tracking number. 

3)  All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

Custom color;
Custom size;
Customization;
Choose or offer a color which is not the main shown picture color;
Change back style which is not the original one;
Unusual size: 00-0, 18-32;
Offer a dress image (not from us) to customize, OEM, etc.
